Refund policy

All products are custom made and manufactured after each order and payment has been made.

Please allow up to 10-15 business days for your order to be manufactured and delivered.

Once an order has been placed correctly, the order will begin the manufacturing process on the following business day.

The estimated time required for manufacturing is 7-14 business days.

The term "business days" refers to Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

However, during busy periods such as the Christmas and new years season, this may take slightly longer to be manufactured and may have an extended time for delivery. 

We do not accept refunds or exchanges on our products as all items are made to order.
